On the contrary, most of the systems are created, developed and implemented by non-physicians, and worse than that, they are people whom have never even worked a day in a clinical setting. The study, which was released by Precisely and Corinium Global Intelligence, surveyed 300 chief data officers with more than 2,500 employees on how their digital initiatives were going.
