WebJust picked up the artisan fishing quest with my level 35 hunter. Since the 2.0 patch (I think it was) you have to be level 35 not level 40 to pick up secondary skill artisan quests. However, its tough to even pick up the quest at lvl 35 as the mobs around the guy are mostly lvl 40+ and I died a few times getting to him.
