WebToday Dexcom (G6) app stopped reading and says “Pair new transmitter”. When I enter transmitter and sensor code, it just goes back to “Pair new transmitter”. Even if I enter “no code” for sensor. Any ideas besides call Dexcom? It’s actually acting just like the previous transmitter did when it was out of battery, but this one is brand new. WebThe first thing Dexcom technical support would have you do is to forget old transmitters on your bluetooth and restart your phone. This usually clears up connectivity issues when trying to pair a new transmitter. You will have to throw out a transmitter as you now have 2 running and can't put one back to sleep.
